We believe good property development isn't about achieving the quickest or cheapest transformation. It's about recognising potential, making sensible improvements and creating homes that work properly for the people who live in them.
From renovation and development projects to long-term property investment and maintenance, we take a hands-on, practical approach - with quality, transparency and good old-fashioned common sense at the heart of what we do.
Built on Experience, Not Just Property
Lincs Property Group grew from a shared interest in property, renovation and creating something better from what already exists.
As a husband-and-wife team, we bring different skills to the business. Mark takes a practical, hands-on approach to our projects, with experience in property improvement, maintenance and managing work on site, while Nicky looks after the business, project administration and the detail that keeps everything moving in the right direction.
Together, we approach each property as both a home and an investment. That means considering not only how it looks when it's finished, but how well it has been built, how practical it is to live in and whether the money being spent genuinely adds value.
We're not interested in cutting corners for the sake of a quick turnaround. We'd rather make sensible decisions, do the work properly and create properties we're happy to put our name to.
